Sample Collection
Ensure that samples are taken as aseptically as possible in original packaging or sterile secondary packaging
Sampling containers must be labeled with sample ID matching the ID provided on the sample submission form
Sample Shipment
Pack sample with enough ice packs to ensure the sample will arrive below 6 ° C
Include a temperature that is at least half the size of the sample container with shipment
Ship overnight if possible, and no weekend arrival dates
When sample is shipped please inform the lab and include a tracking number
