Sample Collection

•  Ensure that samples are taken as aseptically as possible in original packaging or sterile secondary packaging

 

•  Sampling containers must be labeled with sample ID matching the ID provided on the sample submission form

Sample Shipment

•  Pack sample with enough ice packs to ensure the sample will arrive below 6 ° C

 

•  Include a temperature that is at least half the size of the sample container with shipment

 

•  Ship overnight if possible, and no weekend arrival dates

 

•  When sample is shipped please inform the lab and include a tracking number
